Barcelona defender Samuel Umtiti gives cryptic response to Manchester United transfer question

 

Barcelona defender Samuel Umtiti has dodged a question asking if he is joining Manchester United this summer.
The France international is reportedly on Jose Mourinho’s shortlist ahead of the transfer window and is available for €60 million (£53m) due to a release clause in his contract with Barcelona.
The La Liga leaders are keen for the centre-back to renew his deal which would significantly raise his release clause, but no agreement has been reached so far.
Reports in Spain have claimed that Mourinho is aware of Umtiti’s situation and has even contacted the Barcelona defender in an attempt to persuade him to join United.
And Umtiti has fuelled speculation by avoiding a direct question asking if he will be a United player next season.
